Terms of Service
These terms apply to the use of XPress IL ("the service"), operated by Maximedia-PR. Using the service means you accept these terms.
1. Who may use the service
The service is intended for Maximedia-PR's team and users it has granted access. Each user is responsible for keeping their login details confidential.
2. Connecting social media accounts
You may connect only accounts and Pages you are authorized to manage and publish to. By connecting an account you allow the service to publish posts to it when you or another authorized user of the service requests it. You can disconnect an account at any time in the service or in the social network's settings.
3. Responsibility for content
Users are responsible for all content they create, schedule or publish through the service — including copyright, accuracy, and compliance with the law and with the social networks' rules (including Meta's and LinkedIn's policies). Illegal, abusive, misleading or spam content is not allowed.
4. Availability and scheduled posts
We work to keep the service available and to publish posts on time, but do not guarantee it. A scheduled post that could not be published within one hour of its time because of a fault is not published, and its creator is notified. Social networks may reject or limit publishing under their own rules.
5. Limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, Maximedia-PR is not liable for indirect or consequential damage arising from use of the service or its unavailability.
6. Privacy
How information is used is described in the Privacy Policy.
7. Changes and governing law
We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest update. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel.
